Fridays at the Park back in Beaver Creek
BEAVER CREEK, Colorado – A free family event – Fridays at the Park – returns for the fourth year to the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort & Spa beginning July 10 and continuing through Aug. 14.Music, entertainment and family activities take place from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. behind the hotel at the base of Beaver Creek Mountain. This year, each week will have a “green” theme meant to help guests learn about being more environmentally conscious. There will be information in recycling and conserving water as well as a food and clothing drive. The Vail Valley’s Gore Range Natural Science also will provide environmental education. The Park Hyatt’s gourmet s’moregasbord is open at the fire pit, a treat for kids of all ages. This year, there also will be free rides on the Buckaroo Express Gondola behind the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek. 8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill, the restaurant located in the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, is offering an $81 prix-fix menu during Fridays at the Park for those who want to enjoy a sit-down meal.Participation in Fridays at the Park is free and open to all ages.
