VAIL Reptiles and amphibians from the Colorado Gator Farm visited campers at Red Sandstone Elementary School Wednesday. The visit was organized by the Vail Recreation Districts Camp Vail, Camp Eco Fun, the Vail Nature Center and Gore Range Natural Science School.Colorado Gator Farm was also the guest at the Vail Nature Center Speaker Series Wednesday night. Future speakers include a U.S. Forest Service presentation on mammals (July 18), Butterfly Pavilion (July 25), local stream ecologist Ken Neubecker (Aug. 1), Mountain Man Ol Ramrod (Aug. 8) and Mountain Rescue (Aug. 15).
