Zeke was a good friend to a lot of people in the Vail Valley and one of my best friends. He passed away in a bike accident this summer in Vail, and is missed by terribly. Zeke was supposed to turn 16 on Sept.13. Since Zeke could not be here for to celebrate his 16th birthday, we are declaring every year on Sept. 13 to be Zeke Day! Every one Zeke met, he impacted their life in a way they will never forget. Thatâs what every one loved about Zeke the most. So, we are making shirts for Zeke day so that every one can wear the shirt on Sept. 13. Each shirt is $20 and the proceeds will go the Pierce family. The deadline to order is Sept. 6. All shirts will be delivered to VMS, BMHS and VSSA on Sept. 12, so we can wear our Zeke Shirts proudly on the 13.
