We ran an item in Monday’s paper about the Betty Ford special tribute that’s scheduled for Aug. 7 at Ford Park. One of the planners of the event let us know that some of our info was wrong.

The tribute is, in fact, open to anyone. Seats start at $250. To buy tickets, contact Jim Brandmeyer at 476-0103, ext. 4, or Tickets are going fast, we are told.

Also, the deadline for contributions to the album of memories of Betty Ford is actually July 10, not this Thursday. If you have something to contribute, send it to June Vanourek, 2524 Fenno Drive, Cordillera, CO 81632. No bigger than one page.
