EAGLE COUNTY, Colorado “-The Gifted Education Team of Eagle County is presenting “Leadership Development: Growing Good Leaders” with speaker John Lester on Oct. 9 at 6:30 p.m. in the Edwards Ambulance Building community classroom.
This workshop explores methods of including “true leadership development” in schools and classrooms. Lessons, activities and programs will be highlighted.
Lester’s background includes degrees in social studies, gifted education and school administration. His experience includes being an elementary, middle school and high school teacher, coordinator of gifted education, coordinator of enrichment programs and adjunct college instructor.
