Golf in China benefits MS center
EDWARDS ” China and golf. The two words are rarely heard in the same sentence ” add multiple sclerosis and it’s an unusual trio.-
A company called DreamQuest China-Golf has is selling golf vacations in China that will benefit The Heuga Center’s programs for people and families living with multiple sclerosis.
The first “China Golf for MS” trip will be October 20-29 and includes 10 days and 8 nights in Beijing, Kunming and Shanghai. The tour is limited to 24 people. Golf writer Steve Eubanks will host the trip.
“The courses exceed all expectations,” Eubanks said.
The October trip will cost $4,339 per person, not including air fare.
DreamQuest China-Golf is already planning trips for spring 2006 in collaboration with Cordillera and Red Sky Ranch golf clubs in the Vail area.
