Vail, CO Colorado

VAIL VALLEY, Colorado – Scott McInnis, a Republican candidate for Colorado governor in 2010, will bring his “It’s About Colorado” tour to the Vail Valley Monday.

McInnis, a former congressman, will be at the Main Street Grill in Riverwalk in Edwards from 4 p.m.. to 5 p.m.

“We’re hitting the road visiting communities in every part of Colorado, talking with families, workers and business owners about how, together, we will put Colorado back on track,” McInnis said. “Folks at the grassroots have been hit hard by Governor Ritter’s anti-jobs, big spending and tax-raising agenda. We’ll visit with residents of Eagle County to talk about how we will work to create quality jobs, and expand opportunities throughout our state.”

McGinnis faces a primary challenge from western Colorado state Sen. Josh Penry.
