The proposal contains 69 condos, a movie theater, a bowling alley, a public plaza/skating rink, restaurants and stores.Whats next: The Crossroads proposal must be approved by the towns design board. Then, the developer must apply for building permits. Construction could begin as early as spring of 2007.
