Pace-yes, character-no. Gypsum has beautiful residential developments but lacks commercial and retail charm. We need to establish a centralized downtown and design concept.
Yes, but it should remain sensible and in combination with smaller private businesses that offer convenience.
Gypsum has taken the lead in offering a spin to “deed restrictions” while staying with income guidelines. This approach offers better opportunity for appreciation.
