GYPSUM — The Town of Gypsum has announced that country sensation, Easton Corbin, and country legend, Mark Chesnutt, will appear at the 32nd Annual Gypsum Daze Concert scheduled for July 19. The Gypsum Daze event also features three days of family fun including a free kids carnival, community parade, Gypsum Creek Cruisers car show, talent show, food and merchant village, BMX stunt performances and more.

With two No. 1 singles, multiple awards and nominations, plus performances on some of the biggest stages in the world, Corbin made an auspicious entry with his self-titled debut album. The release of his sophomore effort, “All Over the Road,” builds on that success and delivers music that confirms that Corbin is here to stay.

Corbin debuted his new single “Clockwork” in January and Gypsum Daze is proud to be on his 2014 tour.

In addition, Gypsum Daze welcomes Chesnutt, who critics have called as a classic country singer of the first order, and some of country music’s most elite entertainers, from George Jones to George Strait, echo the sentiment.

“Few communities in Colorado have the live music following like Gypsum Daze. The town of Gypsum brings together country music fans, community, local business and good, clean, free family fun,” said town manager, Jeff Shroll. “We are featuring our 20th year of country music talent and enjoy offering this treat to our community.”
