Terra Bistro’s “Appy Hour” is new to the scene, but it quickly reached maximum density. “We thought it would be a great thing for people to stop in for a quick bite and a cocktail,” says Executive Chef and General Manager Kevin Nelson. “We’re known for being a fun place for dinner, and we wanted to make that available in the bar.”
Norm is in the house. “I’d compare our happy hour to ‘Cheers,'” says Main Street Grill owner Nikki Heiden. “People are here five nights a week. It’s their second home. It’s mostly long-time locals who spent 2 years on Bridge Street and were ready to move down to Edwards.” At Paddy’s, regulars fill the bar after work. Beer on tap is popular, but so is conversation. For those in Beaver Creek, the Dusty Boot serves beer and a burger for cheap.
