The Vail Valley Business Women will have a health fair at the group’s March meeting, set for Wednesday at the Singletree community center. The event starts at 6 p.m.Group members will be able to get information from 56 vendors about health-care resources in the Vail Valley for women, including general internal and family medicine, pediatric, optometry, naturopathy, acupuncture, chiropractic, physical therapy, supplements, exercise programs and more. The event is free to “gold” level members. Silver-level members have to pay $25.
