Like so many people in the valley, the folks at Eagle Valley Horse Rescue want to help the victims of Hurricane Katrina. So, Eagle Valley Horse Rescue will hold a “Jack Pot Gymkhana” at the Eagle County Fairgrounds on Sunday, Oct. 9. Registration starts at 8 a.m., and the riding starts at 11 a.m. Events include barrel racing, pole bending and a flag ride.
