Loyal Town Talk readers (who are the best kind of readers, of course) may remember a photo in Thursday’s edition of a group of very nice ladies who are putting together care packages for the troops in Iraq.Tami Figueroa called recently to tell us that the care-package drive early this month was a big success. But the work is far from done. This group of great ladies will put together care packages for individual soldiers or will put together items for bunches of troops. To help or to learn more, call 926-8263.
