Here’s an update from Minturn Town Council the July 21 meeting
After nearly four hours of heated discussion Wednesday night, the Minturn Towne Home developers were sent back to the starting line.
Several residents that would live near the propsed 27 unit town home project on Minturn’s west side complained that they did not receive adequate notice about the development.
After reviewing the information with town attorney Allen Christensen, council members agreed and unanimously voted to start the project review process again.

The parcel where workforce housing is being proposed was listed for decades as belonging to the Colorado Department of Transportation.
