Hotel, condos slated for Vail’s Evergreen Lodge

The Fairmont Vail is supposed to be completed in 2011.
It is supposed to have 128 hotel rooms, 73 condos, “residence club homes,” a 10,000-square-foot spa, 9,500 square feet of “function space” and restaurants.
The Evergreen Lodge is on the edge of Lionshead, near the Vail Valley Medical Center and the Vail Municipal Building.
HCT Development was founded in October 2006 to buy and redevelop the Evergreen Lodge. President T.J. Brink is also a part of Black Diamond Resorts Vail LLC, which is developing the Four Seasons in Vail.
