How can Vail’s Red Sandstone Park be improved?

VAIL, Colorado ” People who play in Red Sandstone Park are being asked what new features should be added.
The town is planning to renovate the North Frontage Road park, which was built in the 1980s. Residents can give the town their ideas at an opening house meeting Tuesdasy from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. in the Vail Town Council Chambers at Town Hall.
The town wants to make the park safer and replace worn-out equipment. Vail has been upgrading its nine parks since 2000, and only Red Sandstone and Booth Creek park haven’t been improved.
Playground designers will have examples of park equipment at the meeting. Those who attend will also be asked to fill out brief questionnaire about their ideas for the park.
