How to help clean up Eagle River

EAGLE COUNTY, Colorado ” Volunteers are being sought for the 13th annual Eagle River Cleanup, which will be on September 7.

Teams will head out to pre-assigned stretches of the Eagle River and pick up litter between 1 and 4 p.m. Following the cleanup, volunteers and their families are invited to 4-Eagle Ranch at 4 p.m. for a barbecue hosted by Beaver Creek Mountain Dining and with music by local band “Airborne.”

Registering will let you know where you’re needed the most.

The Eagle River Clean Up is organized by the Eagle River Watershed Council. The event is presented this year by Vail Resorts, sponsored by many local businesses and supported by volunteers from Red Cliff to Dotsero.
