KETCHUM, Idaho – To celebrate the sheep-grazing heritage of central Idaho, Ketchum again this year hosted the “Trailing of the Sheep Festival. While the Idaho sheep grazers were largely Scottish and Basque in the early days, the modern-day sheepherders often come from Peru.

To that end, among the artists at the festival were Peruvian musicians called Latino X. Also scheduled to entertain were the Polish Highlanders of North America, a Chicago-based group that performs music and dance from the Tatra Mountains of southern Poland.
