VAIL, Colorado – The Skating Club of Vail will perform its annual holiday skating show on Tuesday and Wednesday. Show time is 6 p.m. each night.

The shows held at Dobson Ice Arena every year have become a Vail family tradition. The performances are known for festive costumes, fun props and crowd-pleasing soundtracks.

This year’s show, “Into the Wild,” is an adventure through the heart of the jungle. Fans will recognize the Lord of the Jungle and many more of their favorite jungle characters.

“I always try to add something to the father-daughter number that will get the dads pumped up,” said show director Dawn Ristow. “This year they are skating to a Guns N Roses number. It’s awesome.”

Ticket prices are $15 for adults, $10 for children under age 12, or $35 for a family four pack.

Dobson Ice Arena is located on the in-town free shuttle loop. Each performance runs approximately 90 minutes and includes a 15-minute intermission.
