It’s a great time to join the Vail Chamber
As the season is in full swing and the holidays are behind us, it is a good time to reflect on what our business plans entail for the rest of this season and the rest of the year. I submit that if you are not a member of the Vail Business & Chamber Association, there is no better time to join than right now. Our mission is pretty simple – to responsibly and professionally serve an advocacy, economic development and communications role for Vail merchant, and to foster stronger collaborative relationships and revenue opportunities for members.Let’s look at some of our direct benefits that the Chamber has to offer:• Merchant Pass program. This gives members the benefit of a less expensive Merchant Ski Pass for your employees.• Free business listings in the Vail Guide, as well as discounted advertising rates. That’s a great resource for any business in town.• A free ad in the Vail Daily for first-time advertisers. This is another opportunity (at an affordable price) to tell people about your business.• A free business listing on the Vail Chamber & Business Association website.• Free access to the Vail chamber’s mailing list.• Additional advertising discounts with local radio and TV.• Members also participate in the Premier Impressions program – a great recognition program by the Vail chamber for employees who work here in Vail. There are great prize opportunities during and at the end of the season for employees who go above and beyond for our guests!• Discounts on credit card and payroll processing.• Member networking opportunities. The list goes on and on, and the value is far greater than the initial expense of joining. In addition, the Vail Chamber & Business Association is your communication conduit for the town of Vail on many important issues. The chamber has representation at town meetings for the purpose of representing the business community and communication between the two entities. The chamber works hard at revenue generation for the business community by putting on special events throughout the year.
