Johnson Capital opens Eagle County office

EAGLE COUNTY ” Johnson Capital recently announced the opening of a Vail office.
Thomas D. “T.K.” Klein has been named managing director, along with Michael A. Cantwell of Johnson’s Denver office. Klein has 27 years experience in the financial-services industry and is a founder and major shareholder of Millennium Bank and Millennium Bancorp, Inc., the bank holding company. Klein also is the founder of The Klein Group, a mortgage banking company in Edwards.
Cantwell founded the Denver office of Johnson Capital in 1995. As president of the office, he is in charge of new business and capital programs. During his 33-year career in commercial real estate, he has developed, managed and leased property.
Cantwell also opened commercial mortgage offices in Denver for L.J. Melody and The Robert C. Wilson Co.
The Vail office will concentrate on business development in Vail, Aspen, Steamboat Springs and Summit County. Johnson Capital programs include debt placement for permanent construction, repositioning and acquisition financing as well as joint-venture-equity placement.
