EDWARDS — On Wednesday, a free Conscious Transformation Group will meet at Align Vail in Edwards. Conscious Transformation Groups are free monthly gatherings designed to help people connect with like-minded individuals focused on their personal and professional fulfillment.
Each meeting consists of a Conscious Transformation teaching, a tool or meditation and an opportunity to create a simple, practical plan for daily life. This supportive environment is a space for people to connect, reflect and transform.
Conscious Transformation trainer Mandy Benedict will lead the discussion. After years of personal development, focused meditation and a formal, extensive training program led by Joey Klein, founder of Conscious Transformation, Benedict leads these transformative classes regularly throughout the Vail Valley.
The focus of the teaching includes a deeper understanding of our mental, emotional, physical and spiritual patterns. The topics help people to create new patterns that align more fully with the life of their dreams.
Klein’s book, “The Inner Matrix: A Guide to Transforming Your Life and Awakening Your Spirit,” details an approach to living a meaningful life. Combining the ancient wisdom traditions of East and West with the latest science in genetics, psychology and brain function, Klein shares how to transform your life by shifting mental, emotional and physical patterns that create stress and limit success.
Free “The Inner Matrix” book clubs are offered throughout the year to support people in our community. These small groups meet weekly to explore each chapter through discussion of the principles and to encourage daily practices. As an accompaniment to the book, Klein has created a corresponding online meditation program that guides you through the practices. The nine-week online course is free and can be conducted individually or within the group.
The purpose of “The Inner Matrix” book club is to expand awareness of powerful and unconscious drivers and to provide simple practices to support internal development.
“Our ‘Inner Matrix’ book club was a wonderful experience,” said Christine Farragher, a Conscious Transformation practitioner. “It was a great space to get together and support each other on our journey to increase our awareness and shift our old patterns. It was nice to get together each week and be able to share our experience and really connect with each other on a deeper level.”
