The Vail Performing Arts Academy is now working on its annual fundraising musical journey to benefit the academy, the Eagle County Humane Society and the Buckman/Blount Community Use Fund.

The shindig is coming up Saturday, Nov. 19, at the Vilar Center in Beaver Creek.

The academy is now accepting applications for:– A performance troupe is starting for a limited number of students ages 12 and up. The classes will meet Sundays from Sept. 11-Nov. 13 from 2:45-6:45 p.m. at the Eagle-Vail Pavilion.

— A performing arts for a limited number of students ages 8-11. Those classes will meet on Sundays from Sept. 11-Nov. 13. Classes run from 2:30-4:30 p.m. at the Eagle-Vail Pavilion.

Tuition for each class is $125. Both classes will perform at the Nov. 19 fundraiser.
