OK, you’re 30: What have you done (college, job, kids etc.), where do you live and what do you do? When I’m 30, I’ll probably be married with a couple kids, working as a veterinary technician living somewhere in Colorado. I’ll have spent a considerable amount of time-participating in a-volunteer Bible education work, and if at all possible I’ll still be teaching it.-I will have attended school, both online at Kaplan College and in Glenwood Springs at the Spring Valley Campus of Colorado Mountain College. Hopefully I’ll have traveled a lot, as well.
What items might you put in a personal time capsule to open at your 20th high school reunion? Why those? I would put pictures and a video of myself and my classmates-in-the time capsule, because looking back is a lot more fun when you can actually see yourself (and your friends) as you once were. There is no way to fully appreciate how far you have come unless you can see where you used to be.
Best high school memory: My best high school memory is the year I was editor-in-chief of the Devil’s Advocate. It was such an awesome experience and the kids on the staff were so great and Harry was a terrific mascot! Miss Cessna did such a fantastic job making sure we were responsible and got the paper done even if we had to miss classes-or stay after school to do it. Thanks Miss Cessna!-What made-my last year-even more enjoyable was that we wanted to do-whatever it took to finish the paper,-because we loved the challenge and the feeling of accomplishment we got when it was finally printed.
Jamie Jay, you were the best assistant editor I could have hoped for, there is no way I could have done it all without you. Thank you so much!
