Larkburger to open Fort Collins location
July 29, 2010
EDWARDS, Colorado – Larkburger, the quick-gourmet burger chain, will open the doors of its newest location in Fort Collins on Aug. 14.
The Fort Collins restaurant, located at 2539 S. College Ave. near the intersection of College Ave. and Drake Road, will be the fourth location for Larkburger.
The Fort Collins opening will mark Larkburger’s third Front Range expansion, which has been made possible by the ever-growing base of fans in Colorado and the success of the other two Front Range eateries. In addition to the original Edwards location, a Boulder location was opened in March 2009 and a location in the Denver Tech Center debuted in February of 2010.
“We chose to open a location in Fort Collins because we feel that the hip, progressive community there will appreciate the quality of our burgers and what we offer,” said Larkburger President Adam Baker. “Our restaurants in Edwards, Boulder and Denver have garnered enormous community support; we anticipate Fort Collins, especially the college population, will show the same excitement.”
Larkburger’s menu includes the Cattlemen’s Select 100 percent black angus beef Larkburger as well as a turkey burger, tuna burger, portabella mushroom burger, fresh salads with house-made dressings, Breyers chocolate and vanilla shakes, and the truffle and parmesan hand-cut fries. A meal at Larkburger, including a burger, beverage and fries, costs less than $10.
“At Larkburger we use wholesome ingredients to fill our small menu of superb choices,” says Baker. “We’re committed to serving a superior, all-natural burger made fresh, fast and affordable. We’ve made the choice to focus our efforts on doing one thing, and doing it right.”
