Letter: Drug use stats wrong
Vail CO, Colorado
I believe that the statistics shown in the Vail Daily are wrong due to the fact that I know most of the students here at Battle Mountain, they are my peers. Even though I do support the fact that some parents do give permission to drink and smoke, I mean it’s better for the parent to know where and when and why his son/ daughter are doing drugs then not knowing were he is at. But the bad thing about it is that they allow their kids to smoke and get drunk and that can be the reason that teens are having more accidents due to drinking and driving, because when sober they have a better capability of driving.
