Liberals oppose Constitution

Michael Cacioppo

Today’s civil war of words is liberals and moderates versus conservatives. The actual war is liberals versus conservatives. But the moderates’ refusal to educate themselves and assert themselves makes them enablers to continuous liberal victories. Then the moderates wonder what has happened to our children, our neighborhoods, our schools, our traditions, etc. Do not confuse this as Democrats versus Republicans. Only a few of today’s Democrats are conservatives. More and more of today’s Republicans are liberals. This is the only proper way to analyze it. It is liberals who continuously endorse opponents of true freedom, with an exception for their sick, valued freedom to kill innocent unborn children with heart-beats. This deprives the unborn child of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. It is liberals who continuously endorse redefining the actual words in our Constitution, with an exception opposing the unconstitutional Patriot Act, and only because their guy, Clinton, didn’t put it in. If Clinton had favored it instead of Bush, most of the liberal hypocrites would have ignored the Patriot Act.It is liberals who have voted in representatives who select judges who redefine and eliminate our constitutional rights, instead of enforcing our constitutional rights. Gov. Owens’ selection of judges is only from liberal nominating commissions, with only three candidates for the governor to chose from. Those candidates are usually a liberal, a liberal and a liberal. It is liberal judges who have asserted themselves a power not conferred by “We the People,” by ignoring Article 3 of the Constitution, which says that the Supreme Court shall operated “under such Regulations as the Congress shall make,” and not as their political agenda desires. Clearly, Congress has the power over the Supreme Court, not vice versa! It is liberals who have changed our 1st Amendment right of “freedom of religion” to mean “freedom from religion.” It is liberal judges who have unfairly deemed a “separation of church and state” when in fact no such words exist in the Constitution. The bogus argument that “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion” doesn’t apply, unless government says we all must be Catholics, Methodists or Muslims, or something similar. It is liberals, like the Republican-appointed federal judge in Pennsylvania, who unfairly refused to acknowledge that the 1st Amendment actually allows schools to teach that there is another theory of how we got here besides the theory of evolution. The 1st Amendment says, “Congress shall make no law … abridging the freedom of speech.” Liberals want that freedom of the government schools to be violated. Clearly, the only answer to this today is to eliminate the government schools and quit feeding the beast. It is liberals who don’t want a 2nd Amendment right to defend ourselves. It is liberals who have changed our 2nd Amendment right “of the people to keep and bear arms” and that gun right “shall not be infringed,” to “shall be infringed” in circumstances they like, including unconstitutional requirements of “licenses” as privileges to carry a gun wherever or however. It is liberal police officers who don’t value the 4th Amendment’s obligation to have “probable cause” for traffic stops, etc., by sometimes inventing probable cause because they are curious. It is liberals who don’t understand that the 5th and 14th amendments allow capital punishment, with due process of law. Those amendments say … nor be deprived “of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.” The words, “without due process,” demonstrate that deprivation of life is allowed. It was a liberal judge who dictated that New York transit workers don’t have the right to strike and must pay $1 million daily fines. This violates the workers’ 8th Amendment right to not have to perform “involuntary servitude.” It is liberal judges who require excess bail, forcing too many of the accused to sit in jail instead of being out of jail to help themselves properly mount a defense. This violates the 8th Amendment mandate that “excessive bail shall not be required.” Jail is only to be a punishment after conviction of a crime, not during prosecution. For liberals who don’t like the Constitution as written, the only legal recourse is to change it via Article 5, which requires changes to be ratified by three-fourths of the states. The Supreme Court’s actions to change our Constitution over the years have been illegal and a blatant usurpation of raw power. Yet “We, the Weak People” allow them to get away with it.In summary, our Constitution no longer means what it says or says what it means. Constitutionalists are usually conservatives. Those in opposition to our Constitution are usually liberals. Of course, liberal intellectuals would say that important court cases, such as Roe v. Wade, which allows the right to murder unborn babies, is precedent setting and overturns the words of our Constitution and Declaration of Independence as to the right to life, liberty and happiness. The discussion of “precedent” is nowhere to be found in our Constitution. Don’t take my word for what the U. S. Constitution says. Please read it yourself. If you are fair minded, you will learn that I am correct.
