Lineup announced for Vail Bluegrass series; concerts begin June 29
Vail Bluegrass schedule
• June 29 — The Everyone Orchestra, with opener Dr. Harlan’s Amazing Bluegrass Tonic
• July 6 — Darrell Scott, with opener Hardscrabble
• July 13 — Sara Watkins, with opener Lonesome Days
• July 20 — Head for the Hills, with opener Ragged Union

VAIL — Vail Summer Bluegrass Series returns to The Arrabelle at Vail Square weekly beginning Wednesday, June 29, and continues on July 6, 13 and 20. All shows will start at 6 p.m. and are free to attend.
The Everyone Orchestra, conducted by Matt Butler with members to be announced, will kick things off on June 29. Grammy Award- nominee Darrell Scott will then perform in a solo setting the following week, with Grammy Award winner Sara Watkins headlining July 16. Closing up this summer on July 20 is Colorado’s own Head for the Hills. Dr. Harlan’s Amazing Bluegrass Tonic, Hardscrabble, the Lonesome Days and Ragged Union, respectively, will undertake opening duties.
Bluegrass in the Gardens
The Vail Summer Bluegrass Series will once again be working with the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens to present Bluegrass in the Gardens. Taking place in the early afternoon on show day Wednesdays, Bluegrass in the Gardens will feature the Vail Bluegrass artists in an extremely intimate setting.
