LIV Sotheby’s closes $12 million home sale in Bachelor Gulch
BACHELOR GULCH — LIV Sotheby’s International Realty last week announced the sale of 2187 Daybreak Ridge Road, located in Bachelor Gulch.
The eight-bedroom estate was built utilizing more than 2.5 acres of log from Montana, and the residence’s great room is an exact replicate of the Ponderosa in the TV show “Bonanza.” Sold fully furnished for $12 million, the sale represents the third largest since the inception of Bachelor Gulch.
“When a seller knows they have a unique product and a buyer realizes it is irreplaceable, everyone wins,” said LIV Sotheby’s International Realty listing agent Barbara Scrivens. “This house with its location and views is simply unmatched in Bachelor Gulch.”
LIV Sotheby’s International Realty has office locations in Denver metro, Boulder and the surrounding areas, including Castle Rock, Cherry Creek, Denver Tech Center, downtown Denver, Evergreen and the resort communities of Breckenridge, Vail and Beaver Creek.
