Live music venue
Vail’s Ford Amphitheater brings high-altitude concerts to a whole new level. Whether it’s a Hot Summer Nights social club or a Bravo! picnic on the lawn, Ford affords a view of pine trees and alpenglow.
With its wiggly floor 8150 makes for a moving experience. When Ween played, there were guys whose sole purpose was to keep the amps from falling over. It makes for a rockin’ experience. For those pining for more of a river god vibe while listening to tunes, State Bridge is a hotbed of easy grooves, complete with on-site yurts. Some people are scared by the comfy seats and wood panel walls, but those looking for fine acoustics should look past the deluxe setting and just enjoy the jazz giant, symphonic family or rockin’ band that’s playing at the Vilar Center in Beaver Creek.
