Longtime Vail local Theresa W. Smith joins Ron Byrne & Associates
VAIL — Local Realtor Theresa W. Smith recently joined Ron Byrne & Associates.
A 25-year Vail local, she has established herself as a straightforward Realtor who listens to her clients with an unwavering commitment to excellence throughout all phases of real estate services, according to a press release.
Her Vail career began in 1989 at Brandess Cadmus. In 2000, with the support of her husband and partner, Paul, she became president and founder of Vail Estates, a highly successful full service boutique firm in Vail Village. In 2007, Vail Estates merged with Sotheby’s International Realty.
In 2009, she and Paul founded VailSmith Properties. Prior to moving to Vail, Theresa was raised in the Palm Beaches of Florida. In addition to the accomplishments in her real estate career, she is also a licensed private pilot.
“I am naturally attracted to working with Ron’s boutique private firm which develops, markets, and sells Vail’s most exclusive properties and specializes in prime locations with special attention to the highest level of marketing and client services for over 30 years,” Smith said.
Smith’s interests include skiing, surfing and aviation. Her love for raising her family in the Rocky Mountains is consistent with her contributions to the Vail community, including years of support to the Vail Valley Foundation and volunteering at various educational fundraisers.
