Ludwig’s teams up with Hestia Cellars

VAIL – On Wednesday evening Ludwig’s will host a wine dinner, with wines from Hestia Cellar paired with new Executive Chef Steve Topple’s delectable dishes.
Ludwig’s Sommelier Jarrett Quint and Grappa Fine Wines join with Hestia Cellar’s Assistant Winemaker Cole Sisson to pair wines with Topple’s cuisine.
“We feel this is the perfect opportunity to showcase our new light and fresh seafood fare,” Topple said. “Hestia Cellars is known for producing extraordinary wine, which will make for an outstanding dinner pairing.”
The Hestia wine dinner is at 6 p.m. Wednesday, with a fixed price of $95 per person. Reservations can be made by contacting the concierge’s desk at 970-479-5429.
