Man missing after canoe capsizes in Jefferson County lake
DENVER (AP) — Jefferson County authorities are looking for a man who went missing after the canoe he was in capsized in Wellington Lake.
The Denver Post reports (https://goo.gl/V3XxwR ) the man in his 60s went into the water Wednesday morning, and a woman he was with made it to shore. She was airlifted to a hospital to be treated for hypothermia.
Investigators have not identified the two or said how the boat capsized.
Wellington Lake is in a remote area southeast of Bailey along the Jefferson County-Park County line.
