Man sold cocaine to undercover cops, Eagle County Sheriff’s Office says

DOTSERO, Colorado ” A Dotsero man, believed to be in the US illegally, was arrested Tuesday after selling cocaine to undercover deputies, the Eagle County Sheriff’s Office says.

David Antonio Miranda Rosales, 28, was charged on suspicion of felony possession and felony distribution of cocaine, the Eagle County Sheriff’s Office says.

He is being held in the Eagle County Detention Facility with a $50,000 bond. He also is believed to be in the US illegally from Mexico and also being held for US Immigration and Customs Enforcement.



The investigation Rosales began in December of 2008 when he sold cocaine to undercover Sheriff’s Office operativein Gypsum, the Sheriff’s Office says.
