Please join Karen Anderson at the Aria Athletic Club for a meditation workshop designed for new and experienced practitioners. Explore the practices of the heart, designed to open us to the possibility of fearless, joyful living. We will alternate discussion with periods of meditation practice. Saturday's class is from 4 to 6 p.m. and will focus on gratitude, forgiveness and loving kindness, and Sunday's class is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and will focus on compassion, empathetic joy and equanimity.
