PROJECT (Matt Gannett, Planning Manager, Timothy Broeren, Principal, Ironwood Properties, Inc) Discuss a conceptual proposal to increase the residential density on Lot 9, Block 5, Wildridge Subdivision, from the currently entitled eight (8) units to a new maximum density of thirteen units (13).
