STEAMBOAT SPRINGS — West Steamboat Springs is going to need a lot more napkins.
Two North Routt County families with deep roots in the community are opening a Moe’s Original Bar B Que franchise in the old 7-Eleven building at the intersection of U.S. Highway 40 and Elk River Road.
The restaurant and bar is scheduled to open in early January.
