Vail Daily: How and when did you get your start in the industry?
Brandon Joseph: My brothers are DJ’s and I have been DJ’ing since I was 13.
VD: Why should people come see your show?
BJ: If you haven’t seen a Rock City show, you are just missing out. I mix it all. I guarantee it will be the best party you have ever been too.
VD: How do you differ from the other DJ’s out there?
BJ: Obviously, my looks, but one of the big things is that I play what people want to hear. Most DJ’s play what they want to hear and never look at the crowd.
VD: What kind of music do you play?
BJ: I’m all over the board. You will hear oldies, new stuff and stuff that’s not even out yet. Some like to call me a “Hip Pop Rock Star.”
VD: How do you plan on impacting the future of electronic music?
BJ: Right now I have been working on some production with The Soundpushers (www.soundpushermusic.com). Look for something coming soon.
