The Eagle-Vail restaurant has a wine list that will have any lover singing, while the pastas comfort the soul.
It’s true: people fall to their knees at Beaver Creek’s Splendido, and don’t get up until she says, “yes.” Buzzing on champagne, lobster and candlelight, the moment takes it ” and Bob Finnie on the keys doesn’t hurt. Juniper in Edwards might be the beginning of a trend. Instead of a cozy, quiet restaurant, they’re a rather brash eatery with a noisy hub. But maybe all it takes for romance is good conversation and yummy food. Dining at Beaver Creek’s Mirabelle is a rosy affair, and feels like being in a quaint home instead of a commercial place.
