‘Mountain Mantra’ weekend in Beaver Creek

BEAVER CREEK, Colorado ” Several local businesses have teamed up to host the Mountain Mantra weekend in Beaver Creek, a three-night, four-day indulgent getaway in September.
Organizers include Vail Beaver Creek Resort Properties, Edwards wine and cheese boutique Eat!Drink! and small plates restaurant, Dish, and Dogma Athletica, the Vail Valley’s cycling, training and yoga studio.
Scheduled for Sept. 25 to Sept. 28, the retreat includes yoga classes, hiking, gourmet dining and a stay at Beaver Creek.
By day, the expert trainers at Dogma Athletica will guide guests through morning yoga classes and challenging hikes on Beaver Creek mountain. Additionally, participants can hone their culinary skills while indulging in delicacies provided by Eat!Drink! and Dish.
By night, guests are treated to the comfort and elegance of The Pines Lodge, A RockResort in Beaver Creek. The Pines offers quiet seclusion as well as exceptional views of Beaver Creek Resort and the Vail Valley beyond.
This long weekend getaway also includes a retreat to the recently renovated, Trappers Cabin, located at 9,500 feet on Beaver Creek Mountain, and a host of social opportunities designed to nourish the soul.

5 p.m. Arrive and check in to Beaver Creek lodging
6 p.m. Hello Patio Party at Eat!Drink! in Edwards
8 p.m. Early evening “in room picnics” provided by Eat!Drink!
9 a.m. Yoga class at Dogma Athletica with Amy Baker and Rod Connolly
11 a.m. Hike to Trappers Cabin on Beaver Creek mountain
1 p.m. Grilling Class on Trappers Deck followed by lunch
4 p.m. Transportation down mountain or hike out
Evening free for dinners or treatments
6:30 p.m. Sunrise Hike at Arrowhead
9 p.m. Breakfast and brunch cooking class at Dish restaurant
Free down time
7 p.m. Sunset yoga class at Dogma Athletica with Amy Baker and Rod Connolly
8:30 p.m. Wine tasting at Dogma Athletica after class
10 a.m. Yoga at Dogma Athletica with Amy Baker/Rod Connolly
