They say time flies when you’re having fun,

And you don’t know what you’ve got until it’s gone,

And those sayings are true,

Four years went by too fast.

When we were awkward freshmen,

High school seemed like it would never end,

But now, all of a sudden, it has,

And a part of me wants it all back.

We have all grown up together,

And grown close, closer than any class,

We all joke that we are the best,

“A legend in our school” and I truly believe that.

We have grown beyond friends,

Almost like family now,

And because of our bond,

We all know each other so well.

When you’re upset, or lying or hiding something,

We can just tell,

As if we are on the same wavelength,

And it worries me a little.

Will I ever know a friend like that again?

I know we all fear the future,

But when you feel homesick just remember,

Football season, homecoming week, late nights at

Denny’s.

Killing time in Wal-Mart, driving in parking lots,

Senior pranks, first cars, movies and DDR,

These are the best and worst of times.

Remember to keep in touch and never forget,

The part of us that will always be a Saint,

Friends with a closer connection,

Through all the drama and all the laughs,

I hope you had the time of your life.
