New broker at Gateway Real Estate
VAIL — Gateway Land & Development Real Estate has announced the addition of Realtor Jason Peters to its Vail Village team.
Peters grew up in Longmont, Colorado, and attended the University of Colorado, graduating in 2004 with a degree in communications. Preferring a balanced life, he moved to Vail in 2006 with no intention of leaving. Starting in ski shops, Peters worked in several marketing positions in the valley, allowing him to work with the Birds of Prey World Cup and ESPN X-Games.
With a passion for motorsports, Peters started a sponsorship management company called 360IMC. In 2012, he obtained sponsorship that culminated in team ownership at the Indianapolis 500. As Peters’ family grew — he’s married, with a young son and daughter — he wanted to spend more time at home. Utilizing his experience, he turned to a career as a business broker. It was only natural that he expanded into luxury real estate.
In his free time, you can find Peters snowboarding on the mountain, fly-fishing in a river or golfing. If you would like a local’s perspective on the valley, feel free to contact him.
“Jason has a really unique background that is a great fit for the family-owned nature of Gateway,” brokerage owner Suzi Apple said. “He has wonderful product knowledge, uncompromised marketing capabilities and stellar integrity. Most of all, Jason clearly loves the valley and is a pleasure to have on our team.”
For more information, call Peters, 720-838-8418 or via email at Jason@GatewayLand.com.
