“Welcome to Moe’s!” If you’ve ever walked through the door of the Edwards burrito shop, you’ve heard those words. And if you stay at a table, eating a Full Monty taco or Home Wrecker burrito, you’ll hear it often, as others follow your lead.

Gohan Ya in West Vail opened late last year, but already it’s beloved by many. The sushi is made daily, while noodle dishes are pan fried to order.
