No Name Bar and Grill opens
GLENWOOD SPRINGS, Colorado – Glenwood Canyon Resort has opened the No Name Bar & Grill.The bar and grill, and the entire Canyon Club Event Center, has been under construction since the fall of 2010.With a 5,000-square-foot deck that overlooks the Colorado River, the bar and grill is a place to hang out with friends or relax after a rafting trip, ziplining adventure or other area activity.The bar and grill has floor-to-ceiling windows and big-screen televisions.During the summer season, the resort is planning to host family-friendly weekend entertainment.The No Name Bar and Grill is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They are serving grilled specialties, wraps, appetizers, salads and more. For a quick bite on the run, visit the “Sweet Retreats” take-out service located on the deck for pizza, soft serve ice cream, healthy juice bar drinks and other flavorful snacks and concoctions. Also, located on the deck, a full bar serves up beverages including cocktails and a variety of beers.The No Name Bar & Grill occupies the main floor of the Canyon Club Event Center. On the upper-most level of the new building are two luxury suites, one with three bedrooms, the other with two bedrooms, and both with terraces that offer canyon, river and zipline views.
