EAGLE COUNTY, Colorado – Local counselor Catherine Zeeb is leading three events this week, including a numerology workshop, a mediation gathering and a drumming circle. The first event, a numerology workshop, is Thursday at High Altitude Spa in Eagle. Numerology is the study of the energy of numbers. “Numerology is a wonderful way to choose names, personal and business, and so much more,” Zeeb said. “It is a fun and unique way to look at the world.”The workshop cost is $20. Contact Diana Baker, owner of High Altitude Spa, at 970-328-2887 to register. The second event is “Healing Meditation & Guidance Gathering” and will be held on Sunday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at Zeeb’s office in Eagle, located at 212 Chambers, Eagle.”We can use breath and meditation to heal,” Zeeb said. “You can heal your life. A healing can be for emotional issues such as stress, depression, or need for comfort; physical issues such as cancer, arthritis, or broken bones; and healing of the spiritual such as spiritual disconnect or addictions.” This is a free event with donations accepted. “This is a non-denominational gathering but we will be working very closely with the energy of higher power. Even if meditation is not for you, sitting in the divine energy can be healing,” Zeeb said. There is wheelchair access and all are welcome. You can come for the full hour-and-a-half or for part of the time. The third event will be a full moon drumming, led by Zeeb, on Sunday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in Eagle in Upper Kaibab. This is another free event with drumming around an outdoor fire to celebrate the full moon before the holidays begin.
