Charlene Alice Hartle (Pierce), 85, passed away on March 6th, 2025, in Loveland, Colorado. She was born on November 17th, 1939, in Denver, Colorado, to Charlie and Alice Pierce.
Charlene was the proud owner of the Valley Restaurant in Gypsum CO. Her restaurant was more than just a place to eat it was the gathering spot where friends and neighbors came together. She loved fishing and gardening. She also loved those slot machines, and Vegas was always lighter in the wallet when she left.
Charlene is survived by her daughter Colleen Nichols, granddaughter Daphne Nichols, 4 grandsons and 5 great-grandchildren.
She was proceeded in death by husband Fred Hartle daughter Daphne Hartle, son Larry Hartle and parents Charlie and Alice Pierce.
Charlene’s Legacy lives on through the lives she touched with kindness and great food
