Mary Windsor Cameron Stockwell, 98, passed away peacefully at home in Boulder, Colorado, on April 19, 2025. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, to Gordon and Mary Cameron, Mimi is survived by her husband of seventy-five years, Sherwood B. “Woody” Stockwell, their five children, five grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Mimi’s life was defined by her love of family, community, gardening, and travel. In San Francisco, where she lived for 40 years, she was a key board member at the Edgewood Center for Children and Families and at the Strybing Arboretum. She served on the board of the Betty Ford Alpine Gardens when she and Woody lived in the Vail Valley.
