On the Hill video ski report: Dumping snow on Vail Mountain
Vail official report: 6 inches in last 24 hours, 3 inches overnight.
Vail Daily field report: There’s untouched spots that are knee deep.
Liftline status: Half maze at Chair 4 at 9:15, nothing at Chair 3.
Weather: Cold and snowy with a-slight wind.
Run of the Day: The Chair 10 terrain should be good.
Breakdown: Dumping! We’re getting hammered with snow, there’s whiteout conditions on the high ridges, so head for the trees if you want to be able to see. The trees will also protect you from the elements, it’s very cold out today and with the snow coming down, your face will be quick to freeze on the open runs. And ride with a buddy so you can remain safe, and have someone to see in front of you!
Snowcast: The snow cycle persists, looks like we’re going to have a-storm hanging out above us for the next few days, enjoy!-
