Report: Vail Daily reporter John LaConte takes a chilly dip in Avon’s Nottingham Lake along with professional triathlete John O’Neill, who uses the lake for training. O’Neill is a repeat podium finisher at the Continental Cup-level of international competition and has also raced in a couple of World Cup triathlon events recently.
